Offering in-house signings at our office conveniently located right off Hwy 71 in West Fork, Arkansas. Please call for an appointment. Mobile servicing the following counties: Benton, Carroll, Madison, Washington, Crawford, Franklin, Sebastian, Logan, Scott, Polk, Yell, Johnson, Newton and Boone.

Covid-19 Precautions

I will have the utmost respect for your home and loved ones. I am committed to preventing the spread of COVID-19. In addition to wearing a mask, using hand sanitizer before I enter your home, or we start the signing process in office, every CDC recommended protocol to protect each other will be followed.

Our office is located in West Fork, Arkansas. As a mobile notary and certified loan signing agent, we are also available to come to you!

Preparation Checklist

Never sign any documents until the notary is present or they cannot be notarized.

Review Documents

Be sure to review your documents thoroughly and ask your lender any questions you may have prior to the signing date/time being scheduled. A signing agent is only there to facilitate the signing. We cannot answer any questions regarding your mortgage, rates, etc.

Signing at the Office

By appointment only, be sure to arrive on time with approximately one hour of uninterrupted time dedicated to signing. ie: child care secured before signing appointment, no pets, no smoking and masks are required.

Signing at Your Home

Please have a table large enough to accommodate all parties cleared/clean prior to arrival. We will need adequate room for paperwork, a chair for each signer and the signing agent. We will need at least one hour of uninterrupted time...ie: pets and children.

Screening

Screening questionnaire will be sent or verbally given prior to arrival. Speak with your lender if you will be responsible for any funds that will need to be collected at the signing.

Verifications

Be sure your ID is current and name matches your documents. This will be verified at the time your appointment is made and at the time of signing. At the time the appointment is scheduled the address on the documents will be verified as well.
